My recent stay was quite underwhelming. While the hotel has maintained a beautiful ambiance, the service, especially at the Kidz club, was drastically lacking compared to previous visits. The dining experience also left much to be desired due to confusing menu descriptions and food quality issues. However, the staff did show moments of genuine hospitality elsewhere in the hotel.
